Curious young Pine Marten

I was walking in the woods when I spotted this beautiful young pine marten. It was running on the ground and decided to climb a tree. It gave me a quick look. I quickly aimed my camera and was able to capture this picture before it disappeared behind the tree and moved away. I love how it posed for just a split second on a branch with a beautiful golden background of fall colours!
