I was walking in a park when I spotted this mother red-necked Grebe swimming with 2 chicks on her back. I watched them for quite a while. Then suddenly one of the chicks jumped in the water and started to swim past the mother. I saw the father coming back with a fish. I quickly aimed my camera and was able to capture this picture before the little one swallowed the fish and everything was finished in a split second.
