Being someone who prefers day hikes and hotel beds, it seemed unlikely I would ever witness the beauty of Jasper National Park's backcountry. Little did I know one ordinary day at work would turn extraordinary and I would soon find myself soaring over the Tonquin Valley and admiring The Ramparts from a helicopter.
