November 30, 2013. I am in Ottawa, a bitterly cold place with temps in the -25C range and a frisky breeze adding a wind chill's extra punch to the kidneys. I cross Wellington Street, and find a wonderful winter scene - everything seems coated with frost. Delightful! The inner me is warmed; the outer me is frozen. I grab a couple of shots and head for the hotel to warm. Still delighted!
