The quadrangle at Knox College, University of Toronto provides a cool, inviting oasis of calm and tranquility at the end of a hot, humid summer day. I lived in this oasis for 3 months one summer, wondering what magic and fortune had led me to such a beautiful, peaceful paradise in the midst of 3++ million others.
