With the abandonment of the railways, the old historic wooden elevators, iconic symbols of the Canadian Prairies, are fast disappearing. The last rays of sunlight seem to briefly breath life back into the scene. The entire little enclave of Bents, with it swing set and few buildings, sits bereft of inhabitants. It appears to be truly forgotten, like many tiny communities.
