We had the amazing opportunity to be flown over the Canadian Arctic in Churchill, Manitoba in a helicopter during the polar bear migration to Hudson Bay. We spotted a Mom and three cubs hunkered down on the shoreline but this lone bear, walking along the edge was an amazing sight to see. The bears are just waiting for weeks to make their way out onto the properly formed ice so that they can fill their bellies with seal and hunt all winter. Visiting the polar bear capital of the world was a life-changing experience and something that we will never forget.
