I recently delved into the world of macro photography and shot this beautiful snowflake during a snowfall in Calgary. I actually don't have a dedicated macro lens and learned bout the reverse macro technique where you strap your regular lens onto your camera backwards to get the magnification you need. It took around 400 shots in order to get a handful of in focus images and I was lucky enough to capture this beautiful stellar dendrite snowflake.
