The northern lights are flowing behind a place my friend called "the Alien Landing Pad"- as it indeed looks like a spaceship could land here. But it is actually the VOR site for Iqaluit, Nunavut (VHF omnidirectional Range), which is a navigation beacon that aircraft pilots use to find Iqaluit on Baffin Island.
